I just got done shooting Liz and Juan Carlos’ wedding, and man, weddings are killer! First off, the choice not to wear dress pants was smart—I would have ripped those knees. Second, I didn’t over shoot. I have a total photo count of 1,700-ish, but if you watch videos about wedding photographers, some people are nuts and take a good 3,000 photos. I on the other hand took only the shots that I knew they would love, and if it wasn’t for the plan of turning the entire wedding into a stopmotion, well, we could have gotten away with about 600 less. After doing a Mexican wedding, I could never bear to do a Dutch wedding! Blah! Boring! The spirit and joy was just so alive during the ceremony and reception…just amazing. I can’t wait to have the photos done so that I can show you guys! It’s going to be amazing!
